My mission in life is to help busy women pass the torch, reboot, and recharge.
After 20 years of working in healthcare under intense pressure, I knew I needed some time to rest and rebuild. I spent three months talking to real (and really impressive) businesswomen and taking in their stories, and I realised that we were all running low on the same fuel: support, advice, and practical anti-burnout tools. Together with my own experience of burnout, those conversations were the spark that began SheShatters.

My superpower lies in knowing when to build a bridge, and when to burn it.
With the right connections, you can go from burned out, bruised, and even broken to the most brilliant version of yourself - and that’s what the SheShatters podcast is all about.
